Our public programs are suitable for individual executives and organizations with less than seven people attending. We offer this program twice a year in an Executive Retreat setting.

This format affords an opportunity to work with executives at a peer level from other organizations, sharing ideas, experiences and approaches. This provides personal feedback and candid conversation that is not usually available to executives at the senior level.

The five-day intensive program is reinforced with three months of executive coaching for high impact results. This allows participants time to practice and reinforce the new skills and perspectives gained during the training.

Our instructors conduct nine telephone-coaching sessions with each participant. These customized personal sessions integrate and solidify their leadership development. The result is a transformational experience for our participants.
