She is Founder and President of Breakthrough
Coaching, a leading provider of business and

coaching. Ellen has more than 15 years of experience
coaching executives, professionals and business owners internationally,
to overcome challenges to achieve breakthrough results.
Ellen
is the co-author of the book 5-D
Leadership (Davies-Black
Publishing, Oct. 2005) and author of, 101
Ways to Accomplish More with Less. She
has written for or been interviewed for articles in publications
such as The Globe and Mail, The Financial Post, Profit Magazine
and has appeared on television and radio. Recently, the results
of her Leadership Development Survey, conducted with Presidents
and CEOs in Canada's manufacturing sector, was published in
CMA Management Magazine.
In addition
to previous corporate experience in the financial sector,
Ellen's background includes a Doctoral Degree, Certification
as a Master Practitioner and Trainer of NLP (Neuro-Linguistic
Programming) and the Professional Coaching Program through
The Coaches Training Institute.

Scott
Campbell, Director of Training

Scott is an accomplished
speaker and trainer committed to helping individuals and organizations
unleash their leadership potential. He is the President &
Founder of Personalities at Work, a leadership training, coaching
and consulting consortium. His enthusiastic,
high-energy sessions include thoughtful, current information,
abundant humor, and concrete applications.
Scott is the co-author
of the book 5-D
Leadership (Davies-Black
Publishing, Oct. 2005) and author of,
Quick
Guide to the Four Temperaments for Peak Performance.
He has written numerous articles on leadership for a variety
of magazines and organizations.
Scott possesses a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership
and is certified in the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator,
the MTR-i Team Roles Indicator, True Colors® Level
I & II, TRI Self-Discovery Process, the TRI Teamwork
and Communication Workshop, and the TRI Stress Workshop.
Scott is a faculty member with the Temperament Research Institute
and 16Types University. He is on the executive board of the
Ontario Association for the Application of Psychological Type.
Bernie
Schmidt, Executive Coach, 5D Leadership Associate
Bernie
is an executive coach and business development consultant
with 30 years of corporate experience spanning multiple business
sectors.
His business acumen includes leading sales,
marketing, product management and technical services organizations,
with companies ranging from entrepreneurial startups to small-
and medium business to international enterprises, across industry
sectors such as information technology, resources and manufacturing,
consulting and engineering services.
Bernie is known for his ability to identify
and clarify the key issues in situations faced by his clients,
and draws on his extensive management and coaching experience
to provide a strong leadership performance context to his
coaching engagements.
Bernie
possesses a Mechanical Engineering Degree and carries the
RCC (Registered Corporate Coach) designation. His professional
affiliations include the Association of Professional Engineers
of Ontario, the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches,
and the Society of Composers, Authors and Music Publishers
of Canada.
