“Leaders are able to engage others by creating shared meaning. They have a vision, and they can persuade others to make that vision their own.”

Warren Bennis

Leadership Training Programs

5D Leadership was launched based on the belief that today’s demanding and ever-changing business environment requires a dimensional shift in leadership development practices. 5 Dimensional Leadership represents such a shift.

It‘s a program that integrates cutting-edge experiential learning and on-going coaching. The results are fast and lasting leadership development that will enable you and your executive team to master the leadership skills needed to succeed in today’s complex business situations.

You can learn more about it from the 5D Leadership Program Summary. Our in-house program is suitable for leadership development in an organization with seven or more executives attending. This program is offered on or off-site and can be customized to your organization.

We employ an integrated training/coaching format comprised of a total of five days of training and three months of coaching for high impact results. The typical schedule for our in-house program is two initial days of training followed by a one-day module and a two-day module each spaced four weeks apart. This allows participants time to practice and reinforce the new skills and perspectives gained during a particular module before returning for additional learning.

In addition, our instructors conduct two telephone-coaching sessions with each participant throughout the process and for two months subsequent to the third training module. These customized personal sessions integrate and solidify their leadership development. The result is a transformational experience for our participants.

The Coaching Sessions

Extensive coaching is a key aspect of what sets 5D Leadership's approach apart from other leadership development programs. We conduct nine coaching sessions with all participants over two months, providing the support, feedback, and accountability that ensures higher productivity and lasting change.

Coaching enables participants to personalize their learning by focusing on the issues most relevant to their particular leadership setting.
