The 5D Leadership Difference

Many approaches to leadership development often fall short for two reasons:

  • The program is content-heavy and training oriented, so that the information imparted is not reinforced and integrated into the leader's daily approach to business.
  • The coach/trainer lacks industry-specific "hands-on" experience that could better optimize the coaching experience.

The net result is limited long-term learning sustainability and a poor return on investment.
